Yields 48 cookies.

Ingredients:
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup butter flavored shortening
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups flour
½ cup dark cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups white chocolate chips
½ cup pecans or walnuts
1 cup toffee (chopped)


Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and lightly grease cookie sheet.
  2. Cream together the butter, shortening, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
  3. Add in dry ingredients and mix chips, nuts and candy pieces.  Let cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Drop a teaspoon of dough 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
