Yields 48 cookies.
Ingredients:
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup butter flavored shortening
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups flour
½ cup dark cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups white chocolate chips
½ cup pecans or walnuts
1 cup toffee (chopped)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° and lightly grease cookie sheet.
- Cream together the butter, shortening, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
- Add in dry ingredients and mix chips, nuts and candy pieces. Let cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Drop a teaspoon of dough 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
