Ingredients:
2 ½ cups biscuit mix
⅓ cup English toffee bits
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup bananas (mashed and ripe)
Sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix biscuit mix, sugar and toffee bits together.
- Whisk the egg, cream, and vanilla together and pour over the biscuit mixture.
- Put a teaspoon of batter onto baking sheet and dust with sugar.
- Bake for 11 to 13 minutes.
