Ingredients:
4 eggs (beaten)
4 cups flour
1 ½ cups crushed pineapple (drained)
1 ½ cups skim milk
½ cup sugar
½ cup melted butter
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix together dry ingredients and add the eggs, milk, and melted butter. Mix in pineapple.
- Pour batter into lightly greased muffin pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
