Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
6 tbsp butter
¾ tsp cinnamon
32 oz cream cheese
¼ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 ¼ tbsp lemon juice
Topping:
2 cups sour cream
¼ cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together crumbs, sugar, butter and cinnamon and press into bottom of 9” springform pan.
- Together, mix salt, sugar, eggs, and lemon juice until smooth. Add cream cheese to a separate bowl and cream together. Then add the egg mixture to the cream cheese and blend together. Pour into the pan on top of the crust.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Spread the topping on the cheese cake and increase the oven to 475 degrees and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Refrigerate the cheesecake for 1 hour before serving.
