Ingredients:


Crust:

1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs

3 tbsp of butter (melted)

 

Filling:

24 oz cream cheese (softened)

½ cup sugar

½ tsp vanilla

3 eggs

½ lb white chocolate (melted)

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix crumbs and butter together and press into bottom of pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until very well blended. Add eggs and mix well after each egg addition. Blend in the white chocolate and pour it into the crust.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes and then turn off the oven and let it cool in the oven for 1 hour. Keep it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
