Ingredients:
1 ½ cups crushed crème (finely) chocolate sandwich cookies (about 18)
3 tbsp butter (melted)
32 oz cream cheese (softened)
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
⅓ cup flour
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
4 oz semi- sweet chocolate
½ cup whipping cream
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cookie crumbs and butter and press firmly into the bottom of 9”springform baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese and slowly add sweetened milk beating until smooth. Add eggs, flour, and vanilla. Beat until smooth
- Divide mix in half and add chocolate to the one half and pour into the crust. Then pour the vanilla batter on top.
- Bake for 50 minutes and cool before adding chocolate glaze.
- For Glaze: Melt the chocolate and add whipping cream. Wisk together until thick and smooth.
