Ingredients:

2 tbsp margarine

2 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs

2 lbs cream cheese (softened)

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup sour cream

1 lb chocolate chip cookie dough (store bought or homemade cold from fridge)

2 oz chocolate chips

 

Topping:

1 pint of heavy whipping cream

Chocolate chips

Walnuts (chopped)

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. For the crust: Mix together the chocolate cookie crumbs and margarine and press in into the bottom and sides of 9” springform pan.
  3. For the filling: Combine together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and flour until smooth. Add the vanilla and sour cream until blended. Pour only ½ of the mix into the pan. Chop the cookie dough into chunks and drop it into mix and sprinkle the chocolate chips. Pour the rest of the batter on top.
  4. Bake for 1 hour.
  5. Let cake sit in turned off oven for 30 minutes to set and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with chocolate chips and walnuts on top.
