Ingredients:
2 tbsp margarine
2 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
2 lbs cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1 lb chocolate chip cookie dough (store bought or homemade cold from fridge)
2 oz chocolate chips
Topping:
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
Chocolate chips
Walnuts (chopped)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- For the crust: Mix together the chocolate cookie crumbs and margarine and press in into the bottom and sides of 9” springform pan.
- For the filling: Combine together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and flour until smooth. Add the vanilla and sour cream until blended. Pour only ½ of the mix into the pan. Chop the cookie dough into chunks and drop it into mix and sprinkle the chocolate chips. Pour the rest of the batter on top.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Let cake sit in turned off oven for 30 minutes to set and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with chocolate chips and walnuts on top.
