Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter (melted)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
16 oz packed pumpkin
2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs (beaten)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine crumbs and butter together and press firmly on bottom of 9” springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy and gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add pumpkin, pie spice, salt and vanilla and stir in the eggs. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
