Ingredients:

3 tbsp butter (melted)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 can Sweetened condensed milk
16 oz packed pumpkin
2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs (beaten)

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine crumbs and butter together and press firmly on bottom of 9” springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until fluffy and gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Add pumpkin, pie spice, salt and vanilla and stir in the eggs. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
