Ingredients:

¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup walnuts (toasted and chopped finely)
¼  cup brown sugar
¼ cup margarine (melted)
24 oz cream cheese (softened)
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp of vanilla

 

Topping:
⅓ cup of dark brown sugar
⅓  cup of whipping cream
½ cup of walnuts (toasted and chopped)

 

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Combine crumbs, walnuts, sugar and margarine and press into 9” springform pan.
  3. Blend cream cheese until fluffy.
  4. Gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla until
    smooth. Pour into pan.
  5. Bake for 55 minutes and top it with the Walnut Praline topping.

Walnut Praline Topping:
  1. Combine ⅓ cup of dark brown sugar and whipping cream. Cook and stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes or until it becomes thick. Add ½ cup chopped toasted walnuts.
