4 egg whites
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 200°. Grease and lightly flour baking sheet.
- With electric mixer, whip egg whites until foamy. While still whipping, sprinkle in the powdered sugar a little at a time.
- Once the mixture looks stiff and shiny, transfer to a pastry bag and pipe the mixture onto baking sheet.
- Place baking sheet in oven, keeping oven door cracked open. Bake for 3 hours, or until dry.
