Ingredients:
 
For Crust:

1 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup flour

For Filling:
2 beaten eggs
¾ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups almond paste
 
 
Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients for crust.
  2. Make into 24 balls and press into greased muffin pan.
  3. Mix all filling ingredients together.
  4. Fill cups with filling. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 325°.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
