Ingredients:
1 ½ cups softened butter
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt
3 ½ cups flour
Directions:
- Beat butter, sugar, yolks, vanilla and salt together in a large bowl until fluffy.
- Sift in flour, blending to create a soft dough.
- Fill pastry bag with star tip with batter.
- Pipe out dough into 3in. strips onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 8 minutes. Let cool.
- Dip ends in cooled melted semisweet chocolate and then into chopped nuts.
