Ingredients:
1 lb (4 sticks) butter, room temperature
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 cup cornstarch
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cream butter until light and fluffy.Add confectioner’s sugar and mix well.
- Add cornstarch. Mix in flour, 1 cup at a time.
Add in vanilla.
- Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
