Ingredients:

½ cup butter or margarine
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Dash of salt
 
 
Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add in eggs.
  2. Add sour cream, bananas, vanilla, flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. Place mixture onto greased jelly roll pan.
  4. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
  5. Let cool and frost with butter cream frosting if desired.
