Ingredients:
½ cup butter or margarine
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Dash of salt
Directions:
- Cream together butter and sugar. Add in eggs.
- Add sour cream, bananas, vanilla, flour, baking soda and salt.
- Place mixture onto greased jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
- Let cool and frost with butter cream frosting if desired.
