3 cups flour
1lb confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Grease and flour Bundt-form pan.
- Place margarine in large bowl and beat 2 minutes until soft and creamy.
- Slowly add in flour and sugar, alternating with eggs, to margarine mixture. Scrape sides of bowl often.
- Place batter in prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated 325° oven for 1 ½ hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove, let cool, and release from pan.
- Cool and dust with confectioner’s sugar.
