Ingredients:

1lb margarine
3 cups flour
1lb confectioners sugar
6 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
 
Directions:

  1. Grease and flour Bundt-form pan.
  2. Place margarine in large bowl and beat 2 minutes until soft and creamy.
  3. Slowly add in flour and sugar, alternating with eggs, to margarine mixture. Scrape sides of bowl often.
  4. Place batter in prepared pan.
  5. Bake in preheated 325° oven for 1 ½ hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Remove, let cool, and release from pan.
  7. Cool and dust with confectioner’s sugar.
