Ingredients:
¾ cup butter
1 ½ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups sour cream
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup finely chopped nuts
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
- Mix butter sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Blend together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sour cream. Add to butter mixture.
- Mix together brown sugar, chopped nuts, and cinnamon for filling.
- Grease and floured angel food cake pan.
- Fill pan with half the batter, then add ½ the filling mixture.
- Add the remaining batter and top with remaining filling.
- Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
