Ingredients:

¾ cup butter
1 ½ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups sour cream
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup finely chopped nuts
½ teaspoon cinnamon
 
 
Directions:

  1. Mix butter sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Blend together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sour cream. Add to butter mixture.
  3. Mix together brown sugar, chopped nuts, and cinnamon for filling.
  4. Grease and floured angel food cake pan.
  5. Fill pan with half the batter, then add ½ the filling mixture.
  6. Add the remaining batter and top with remaining filling.
  7. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
