Ingredients:
1 box carrot cake mix
¼ cup softened butter
2 tablespoons light molasses
2 eggs
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Any ready to spread cream cheese frosting (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°.
- Take half of cake mix and combine with the butter, molasses and eggs. Stir in rest of the cake mix and nuts.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
- If desired, frost with cream cheese frosting when cooled.
