Ingredients:
1 cup butterscotch chips
½ cup butter
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
⅔ cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 9” square baking pan.
- Melt the butterscotch morsels and butter in microwave. Stir and let it cool.
- Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and eggs into butterscotch mixture.
- Fold in marshmallows and chocolate morsels. Spread batter into pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes and cool before serving.
