Marshmallow Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients:

1 cup butterscotch chips

½ cup butter

1 ½ cups all purpose flour

⅔ cup brown sugar

2 tsp baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 eggs

2 cups mini marshmallows

2 cups milk chocolate chips



Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 9” square baking pan.
  2. Melt the butterscotch morsels and butter in microwave. Stir and let it cool.
  3. Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and eggs into butterscotch mixture.
  4. Fold in marshmallows and chocolate morsels. Spread batter into pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes and cool before serving.
