Ingredients:

3 ½ oz unsweetened chopped chocolate

3 oz semi-sweet chopped chocolate

6 tablespoon unsalted butter

2 teaspoons cornstarch

4 tablespoons cold water

6 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce

⅓ cup honey

1 tablespoon vanilla

½ cup all purpose flour

⅓ cup buckwheat flour

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt



Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 355 degrees F.
  2. In a double boiler, melt chocolates and butter together and set aside to cool.
  3. Whisk together the cornstarch and cold water.
  4. Add the applesauce, honey, cornstarch mix and vanilla to the chocolate and butter mix.
  5. Sift together the flours, baking powder and salt and mix in the liquid ingredients. Pour into baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes and cool completely.
