Ingredients:
3 ½ oz unsweetened chopped chocolate
3 oz semi-sweet chopped chocolate
6 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons cold water
6 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
⅓ cup honey
1 tablespoon vanilla
½ cup all purpose flour
⅓ cup buckwheat flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 355 degrees F.
- In a double boiler, melt chocolates and butter together and set aside to cool.
- Whisk together the cornstarch and cold water.
- Add the applesauce, honey, cornstarch mix and vanilla to the chocolate and butter mix.
- Sift together the flours, baking powder and salt and mix in the liquid ingredients. Pour into baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes and cool completely.
