Ingredients:
4 apples (cored)
1 cup yogurt (vanilla)
½ cup nuts (chopped, optional)
2 tbsp honey
⅔ to 1 cup oatmeal
Cinnamon mixed with sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Core the apples and put in baking pan.
Mix together the yogurt, honey, nuts, and oatmeal. Pour the mix into the apples.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes and sprinkle tops with cinnamon and sugar.
