⅓ cup flour
½ cup light brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
¼ tsp baking powder
¾ cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup dried apricots (finely chopped)
¼ cup sliced almonds
¼ cup flaked coconut
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Melt the chocolate and butter together. Add in the brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the chocolate mix. Then mix together the apricots, almonds and coconut and stir ½ off the apricot mix into batter.
- Pour into greased 9” baking pan and sprinkle the rest of apricot mix on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes and cool completely.
