Ingredients:
1 frozen pecan pie (completely thawed and cubed)
½ cup butter
1 pack semi-sweet chocolate chips (11.5 oz)
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1- ½ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
- Preheats oven to 350 degrees F.
- Microwave butter and chocolate chips for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for another minute.
- Combine chocolate mixture with the sugar, eggs, milk, and ½ of the pecan pie cubes until all blended.
- Add the flour and baking powder to batter. Add in remaining ½ of pie cubes and mix.
- Pour batter in greased 9” square cake pan and bake for 50 minutes.
- Cool completely
