Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake mix
1 stick butter (softened)
3 eggs
1 ½ cup sugar
4 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream together butter and sugar and mix in eggs one at a time.
Mix in zest, cake mix, and lemon juice.
Pour the batter into greased 9”square pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
