Ingredients:
1 pack fudge brownie mix
½ cup water
½ cup oil
1 egg
½ cup mashed banana
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Topping:
1 pack instant chocolate pudding
1 cup sour cream
¾ cup milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together brownie mix, water, oil and egg. Add the mashed banana and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased 9” square pan.
- Bake for 28 to 35 minutes and cool completely.
- For the topping: Combine all ingredients together and spread over cooled brownies. Add sliced bananas on top.
