Ingredients:
2 ½ cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup walnuts (chopped)
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream butter, sugar and eggs together. Adding the eggs in one at a time, beating after each addition. Add sour cream and then vanilla to the creamed mixture.
- Slowly add the flour mix to the creamed mix.
- In another bowl mix the chopped nuts, chocolate chips, brown sugar and cinnamon together.
- Pour ½ the batter in ungreased angel food cake pan, and then sprinkle on ½ the chocolate chip mixture.
- Add the rest of the batter, and then sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chip nut mix on top.
- Bake for 1 hour.
