Ingredients:

¾ cup butter
1 ½ cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

1 cup sour cream
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup walnuts (chopped)

2 tbsp cinnamon
½ cup brown sugar

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour Bundt pan
  3. Cream butter and 1 ½ cups of sugar until smooth. Then add eggs and stir in vanilla.
  4. Add sour cream, and mix very well.
  5. Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder and stir in chopped nuts.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar with cinnamon and pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Cover with remaining cake batter.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes and reduce the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
