Ingredients:
1 cup butter (softened)
2 cups sugar
2 eggs (room temperature)
¾ cup milk
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 ½ cups Bananas (ripe and mashed)
¼ lb butter (softened)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
16 oz powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar together and add eggs and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together flour and baking powder. Add flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture alternating it with milk.
- Fold in the mashed bananas.
- Pour into 3 round cake pans. Bake for 25-35 minutes. Cool and frost between layers and sides with the cream cheese frosting.
