Ingredients:
1 pack semi-sweet chocolate morsels (12 oz)
3 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup butter (softened)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
½ cup milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Microwave 1 ½ cups of morsels and set aside.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat sugar, butter and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Combine this into the melted chocolate and gradually add the flour mix alternately with the milk.
- Pour the batter into a greased pan Bundt-form pan.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes and completely cool.
- Put the rest of the morsels into a heavy duty plastic bag and microwave them until smooth. Cut a corner of the bag and squeeze the chocolate over cake to frost.
