Ingredients:

¾ cup sugar

½ cup butter (softened)

2 large eggs

¼ cup evaporated milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup flour

¼ tsp salt

1 cup raspberries

10 chocolate cream candies

2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)

 

 


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat together the sugar and butter. Add eggs, evaporated milk and vanilla extract. Stir in flour and salt. Mix in the raspberries gently.
  3. Pour the batter into lined muffin pan and place a candy in the middle of the batter and press down, and then cover the candy with more batter.
  4. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes and cool completely before sprinkling the tops with powdered sugar.
