Ingredients:
¾ cup sugar
½ cup butter (softened)
2 large eggs
¼ cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
¼ tsp salt
1 cup raspberries
10 chocolate cream candies
2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat together the sugar and butter. Add eggs, evaporated milk and vanilla extract. Stir in flour and salt. Mix in the raspberries gently.
- Pour the batter into lined muffin pan and place a candy in the middle of the batter and press down, and then cover the candy with more batter.
- Bake for 20 to 22 minutes and cool completely before sprinkling the tops with powdered sugar.
