Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups flour
½ - ¾ cups sugar
¼ tsp salt
⅓ cup butter
1 egg (beaten)
¾ cup milk
½ tsp vanilla
⅔ cup blueberries
1/3 cup toasted almonds (chopped)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sift dry ingredients together and add the butter until batter is crumbly.
- Combine the egg, milk and vanilla and add to dry mix. Stir in blueberries.
- Pour batter into muffin pans.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
