Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place a wafer onto bottom of each cup in the muffin pan.
3. Mix together all ingredients until smooth and pour into muffin pan.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Spoon pie filling immediately on top of muffins after moving from oven.
