Ingredients:

1 egg (lightly beaten)

¾ cup brown sugar

¾ cup sugar

¾ cup sour cream

¼ cup whole wheat flour

3cups strawberries (sliced)

1 9” unbaked pie crust

 

Topping:

⅓ cup brown sugar

⅓ cup whole wheat flour

3 tbsp butter (melted)

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Mix together the egg, sugars, sour cream, and flour.
  3. Place strawberries on bottom of crust and pour sour cream mixture over strawberries.
  4. For topping: stir together brown sugar and flour. Pour dry mixture into melted butter. Sprinkle over filling.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes.
