Ingredients:
1 egg (lightly beaten)
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup sour cream
¼ cup whole wheat flour
3cups strawberries (sliced)
1 9” unbaked pie crust
Topping:
⅓ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup whole wheat flour
3 tbsp butter (melted)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Mix together the egg, sugars, sour cream, and flour.
- Place strawberries on bottom of crust and pour sour cream mixture over strawberries.
- For topping: stir together brown sugar and flour. Pour dry mixture into melted butter. Sprinkle over filling.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes.
