Ingredients:

1 cup sugar

2 ½ tbsp flour

1 ½ cup cold water

2 cups raisins

½ tsp salt

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp of butter

1 9” double pie crust

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In saucepan, stir sugar and flour together.
  3. Add the water and stir in raisins, salt and cinnamon.
  4. Take from heat and stir in butter.
  5. Pour into pie pan and cover with top crust. Slit top for steam to escape.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes.
