Ingredients:
2 cups milk

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

½ cup all-purpose flour

6 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup coconut

 

 

Directions:

  1. Using blender, combine all ingredients, minus the coconut. Blend for 10 seconds, scraping sides. Blend another 10 seconds.
  2. Add in coconut and blend for a few more seconds.
  3. Pour filling into greased pie pan.
  4. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook until knife comes out clean when inserted in center.
