Ingredients:

2 cups rhubarb (diced)

2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)

1 ¼ cups sugar

2 tablespoons flour

2 crust pie pastry

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar and flour together.
  3. Pour into bottom crust of pie.
  4. Cover with top crust, sealing edges.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until crust is browned and fruit is tender.
