Ingredients:
2 cups rhubarb (diced)
2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
1 ¼ cups sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 crust pie pastry
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar and flour together.
- Pour into bottom crust of pie.
- Cover with top crust, sealing edges.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until crust is browned and fruit is tender.
