Some of the Web site may allow you to submit or transmit text, audio, video, or other materials (collectively, “User Submissions”) to or through the Company.  The Company does not necessarily support, verify, agree with, or endorse the comments, opinions, or statements posted on any forums, blogs, or otherwise contained within the Web site.  Any information or material placed online, including advice and opinions, are the views and responsibility of those who post the statements and do not necessarily represent the views of the Company or its third party service providers.  You agree that the Company and its third party service providers are not responsible, and shall have no liability to you, with respect to any information or materials posted by others, including offensive, defamatory, or illicit materials, or other materials that may violate this Agreement.  

For information regarding use of information that you may supply or communicate to the Web site, please see our Privacy Policy.  Except as expressly provided otherwise in the Privacy Policy or in this Agreement, you agree that by posting messages, uploading text, graphics, photographs, images, video files, audio files, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication with or through the Web site, you grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide license to reproduce, use, adapt, translate, modify, transmit, distribute, display, enhance, or sublicense such communication (including your identity or information about you) in any form (currently existing or developed in the future) and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, commercial purposes, and to authorize others to do so without limitation for developing, manufacturing, and marketing products.  You hereby waive any moral rights you may have in your User Submissions.  In addition, be aware that information you provide in publicly accessible parts of the Web site will be accessible to all users of the Web site, so be cautious with personal information or other content that you post.

Publication or use of any User Submissions is at the sole discretion of the Company and the Company is under no obligation to publish or use any User Submission.  If your User Submission is published, used, or posted on the Web site or otherwise used by the Company, we may include your name, likeness, photo, or biographical information in conjunction with such publication, posting, or use.  By submitting, disclosing, or offering a User Submission, you hereby grant to the Company the right to use your name in connection with the use or posting of your User Submission.  You must include your full name and e-mail address with your User Submission so that we can contact you if we have any questions about your User Submission; but, only your name and never your e-mail address will be published with your User Submission.

You understand that when using the Web site, you will be exposed to content from a variety of sources, and that the Company is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such content.  You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal rights or remedies that you have or may have against the Company with respect thereto, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, third party providers, operators, affiliates, licensors, and licensees to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the Web site.
