Warranty & Use

Use & Care
Before use, wash pan with warm, soapy water. Sharp-edged utensils and knives should not be used. Avoid using scouring pads and abrasive cleaners. Usually a soft sponge or kitchen brush will remove baked on food particles. Sometimes it may be necessary to scrub lightly. Dry thoroughly before storing. This product is dishwasher safe, however hand-washing is recommended to extend product life. DO NOT use dishwasher detergent tablets / capsules. The concentrated cleansers will damage the non-stick finish on bakeware. This pan is oven safe to 450°F / 232°C. It is not intended to be used under the broiler.

Love this product!
I use a high hydration french bread recipe and this pan. I still apply a light coating of a high-temp grilling spray to the pan to prevent sticking. Final proof the loaves in the pan then pop them in at 550F. I use a garden water sprayer to keep the loaves heavily misted for the first 10mins. Keeping the loaves wet allows the interior to expand, creating an airy-light crumb and a crisp crust. Perfect every time.

I love this pan!
It made a picture perfect loaf of French bread. It baked evenly and was a beautiful color. It helps, of course, to have a good recipe to start with. I let the bread rise after it was shaped.

Great Idea
I used it for the first time last night. My ciabatta dough is very wet and sticky. I did my second rise in the pan to keep the loaf shape and it oozed through the holes sticking a bit at the very bottom. It baked up nicely though.
Next time I will use some parchment underneath.
My only suggestion is it needs some legs to keep it above my baking stone. Or perhaps a wire handle of some sort to act as it's own cooling rack.

I'll keep experimenting.

My very own whole-wheat baguette
Since I got this Perforated French Baguette Pan I bake 2 to 3 times a week...everybody love my ww baguettes...the perforation give my baguette a crunchy crust all over...
I got my pan in a Marshalls store in Buffalo NY...i would like to know if there is a store in Toronto (Canada) who sells your pans
