Chicago Metallic Series
The Chicago Metallic line is the preferred choice of bakers who understand quality and design, but also want professional-grade durability. The line’s non-stick surface lets you easily release each recipe and effortlessly clean-up afterwards. The Chicago Metallic line of bakeware makes cooking and baking a delight.
Notes from the baking experts
This pan is enough to get even the seasoned chef excited for meatloaf.  The perforated, elevated insert allows the grease to drain away as your meatloaf cooks, meaning your meatloaf will be moist, healthy, and delicious. The non-stick coating ensures easy release with effortless cleanup every time and side-less lifting tray makes it easy to remove the meatloaf from the pan for serving.

Warranty & Use

Use & Care
Before use, wash pan with warm, soapy water. Sharp-edged utensils and knives should not be used. Avoid using scouring pads and abrasive cleaners. Usually a soft sponge or kitchen brush will remove baked on food particles. Sometimes it may be necessary to scrub lightly. Dry thoroughly before storing. This product is dishwasher safe, however hand-washing is recommended to extend product life. DO NOT use dishwasher detergent tablets / capsules. The concentrated cleansers will damage the non-stick finish on bakeware. This pan is oven safe to 450°F / 232°C. It is not intended to be used under the broiler.
Warranty Info
25 Year Warranty
Chicago Metallic warrants pan to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal use.

Reviews

Easy to use but not heavy duty.
I bought this Chicago Metallic 2 lb meat loaf pan to replace the Rachael Ray version as the latter had a problem in lifting the loaf out of the outer pan while the CM Pan had no problem whatsoever. It is so easy to use, such a pleasure and results are good indeed. The problem experienced by reviewer Patti D can be easily avoided by placing the whole pan on a larger shallow baking tray, then when lifting it out of the oven you just lift out the whole tray. This is how I do all my baking stuff as this will catch any dripping and splattering if any as the meat loaf rises during baking. The only problem is that the design and construction is light weight compared to the RRay loaf pan and not as heavy duty even in the nonstick finish – there is only a slight rim on the edges of the pan and the insert tray. As our reviewer correctly pointed out there is little or no grip on the outer pan as there should have made small handles there. Other than these design flaws and compared to what's available, it is the best meat loaf pan on the market.

Amazing pan but be CAREFUL
I recently purchased this pan at my local Bed, Bath & Beyond store. The pan is absolutely great for meat loaf and does an amazing job of cooking it while draining the grease. The meatloaf slides out with ease in one piece and is perfect for slicing. Pan cleanup is very easy and makes a once very difficult job easy. HOWEVER - please be careful when baking with this pan. The handles on the inside insert of the pan are great for lifting the meatloaf out of the outer pan but there is a strong natural tendency to want to lift the pan in and out of the oven with these side handles. I did this the first time I used the pan and of course the inside pan gave way from the outside pan while I was lifting out of the oven and hot grease went everywhere. I have used the pan several times and even now I have to constantly remind myself to lift the whole pan out from the sides not using the handles. I also have concerns that someone might be helping me in the kitchen and not knowing would lift the pan with the handles and get covered with hot grease. I think perhaps a simple solution might be for the outside pan to also have handles perhaps a little smaller so when reaching for the handles there would be some support for the actually pan. Otherwise this pan is perfect.
