Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, rosemary, thyme and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix by hand until well incorporated.
- Using your hands, gently roll the mixture into 18, 2-inch-round meatballs.
- Transfer meatballs to Meatball Pan.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Cool 10 minutes before serving.
